This past week I've been thinking about the Omega symbol in comics, specifically Morrison's use of it with Kid Omega & the Omega Gang in NEW X-MEN and in FINAL CRISIS with Darkseid. There's something there ... but I haven't re-read those recently enough to posit a plausible theory.
