That is a great collection of popular and in fact my favorite 90s cartoons. Though I must admit I never saw few of them but this is simply something awesome and took me to my childhood days.
weyne mothhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08651279506189167125noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4978439808729663406.post-50010765408696420112011-11-02T15:17:07.590-04:002011-11-02T15:17:07.590-04:00Thank you for this post, really worthwhile data.Thank you for this post, really worthwhile data.www.sevilla-3d.comhttp://www.sevilla-3d.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4978439808729663406.post-63563734331091959772009-12-01T18:49:11.254-05:002009-12-01T18:49:11.254-05:00The "Adventures" thing was rampant back ...The "Adventures" thing was rampant back in the day. What also cracks me up is how many of those series Ty Templeton worked on – Batman in multiple forms, WildC.A.T.S and he even did the few issues of the Avengers tie-in that were way better than the cartoon.

Caine, I LOVED "C.O.P.S." and I have no idea why. Maybe it had something to do with the fact that my dad was a police officer, but that doesn't account for why I randomly found Longarm to be the coolest guy ever. I was a weird child.KPhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11816950381733436279noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4978439808729663406.post-517495662088665132009-12-01T07:49:44.721-05:002009-12-01T07:49:44.721-05:00That my post inspired you to watch 13 episodes of ...That my post inspired you to watch 13 episodes of Ultraforce in 3 days is a milestone in my blogging career.Ben Morsehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14419191228823565831noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4978439808729663406.post-44890843794822771052009-12-01T02:09:45.054-05:002009-12-01T02:09:45.054-05:00I agree, great post. After your last post that mentioned the ULTRAFORCE I went out and found all 13 and watched them.

I have to say, your spot on regarding the show centered around PRIME with plenty of animation tricks.

The shining light is ep 7 which introduces The Nightman and I have to say that its a great ep. They stay true to the origin and allow both NM and UF to have a villain to capture so neither takes all the spotlight.

There were other cartoons that weren't DIRECTLY superhero but might as well of been such as:

C.O.P.S.
TMNT
GI Joe
Tale Spin
Captain PlanetCainehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12654286795401273101noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4978439808729663406.post-35411870738270742512009-11-30T21:14:41.957-05:002009-11-30T21:14:41.957-05:00GREAT post.

Baskerville was the first inker whose work I actually noticed.

Isn't it interesting that so many comic adaptations of animated series across publishing lines always had that "Adventures" suffix?

I can't believe I didn't find a way to mention The Maxx. AWESOME show. Gargoyles was fantastic too.

I think despite different approaches and thought patterns, we ended at the same conclusion: Batman was unquestionably the BETTER show, but there was something about X-Men that was just undeniably FUN.Ben Morsehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14419191228823565831noreply@blogger.com
